Isra works at the intersection of philanthropy, advocacy, and global health; supporting leaders, institutions, and movements to think differently about what is possible, and to act with greater intention, scale, and impact.

Over the past decade, she has spoken and engaged with audiences across the world, from international conferences and global forums to private convenings of donors, foundations, and senior leadership teams. Her work has brought me into spaces such as the United Nations in Geneva, as well as high-level gatherings across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.

These engagements are not one-size-fits-all. Each one is shaped by the context, the people in the room, and the moment we are responding to.

A Body of Work, Not Just a Talk

Isra’s work is grounded in practice.

As the Founder and CEO of Every Pregnancy, she leads the development and growth of one of the most ambitious global collaborative models in maternal and newborn health, mobilizing nearly $130 million in just three years and building a coalition of frontline organizations working across more than 21 countries.

This experience informs how she shows up in every space she is invited into: with a deep understanding of systems, partnerships, resource mobilization, and what it takes to move ideas into action at scale.

Whether she is contributing to a global policy conversation, advising on philanthropic strategy, or speaking to a room of leaders navigating change, she brings both strategic clarity and a grounded, human perspective shaped by the communities closest to the work.
